Room was good sized, it was enough for me. It took 5 minutes to reach south na jomtien beach on foot. 30 mins by car from the airport. Having access to the pool was great

The FANTASTIC hotel met all required needs perfectly. We would happily return if visiting Pattaya. Cattleya Restaurant, where you can eat, is within short walking distance to the property. Free parking on site was provided.

Although the hotel had obviuosly hardly any other guests staying we where not allowed to check into room (as company policy) until midday despite arriving from overnight flight very tired at 09:30am. The breakfast was limited in european choice and did not served boiled eggs when asked. For a top end hotel could have done better.`

I really liked the direct pool access from our room - walk off the patio area, straight into the pool (and it is over 50m pool). Also nice that mid-week (end of July), the place is deserted. Spa facilities great - swedish massage good.

Quality of pool water could be better. Also, pool tiles in the kids pool very sharp ... my 5 years old cut her toe ... not a serious injury, but also not a trivial cut.

The resort had a clean and pleasant atmosphere, with a great main pool and beach. The staff were friendly and improved in both service and friendliness. The location was ideal for water parks and not too close to Pattaya central. The resort was suitable for families with pre-teen children, and the pool and kids' area were fantastic.

Didn't dislike anything about the property.

The hotel's location on the beach is amazing. It's far away from the busy city and offers a relaxing escape. The cleanliness of the hotel facilities is great, especially the swimming pool, which provides a stunning view of the ocean. The staff are accommodating and attentive to guests' needs. Additionally, the breakfast quality is impressive.

Nothing to dislike.

The hotel was absolutely luxurious. We were enamored with the exclusive amenities that were provided. the spa centre was very calming and rejuvenating. the indoor swimming pool was relaxing and serene.

The only minor issue that we had was the limited breakfast options. We would have appreciated an omelet station, but the breakfast buffet was still tasty and satisfactory.

The hotel had an interesting design and a good location close to the beach. The staff were friendly and cooperative. We also enjoyed the good gym facilities.

The hotel was poorly managed and had a neglected feeling. The rooms were rundown and not cleaned properly.

My New Year's stay was amazing! the staff were welcoming and helpful. the beach was stunning, and the sunsets were breathtaking. the location was convenient, with plenty of nearby shops and restaurants. I loved the poolside bar, and the drinks were delicious. the buffet had a great variety of food to choose from and everything was fresh. the room was spacious and well decorated. the view from my balcony was beautiful. the gym and spa were fantastic, and it was great to have them included. the shuttle service to nearby attractions made exploring the area easy and hassle-free.

The main thing I disliked was the lack of availability of beach chairs and umbrellas. They were often all taken, and it was difficult to find a spot to relax in the shade.

Located on a beautiful beach in the greater Pattaya area, this resort impressed me with its private and serene atmosphere up to the yacht club. Our room was spacious, immaculate, with a comfortable bed and a nice balcony providing a great view of the garden. the staff offered excellent service, and the breakfast buffet had plenty of delicious choices. I loved the large pool, perfect for swimming and lounging, and the easy access to the beach. Lastly, the resort's free internet worked well, which was convenient for planning our itinerary.

The language barrier with some staff members made communication difficult at times.
